Don Johnson and His Music Career
Popular throughout the 1980s, actor Don Johnson has enjoyed a successful career in both music and acting. He burst onto the music scene with the 1985 album Heartbeat, which featured the hit single “Heartbeat”. The song peaked at number 5 on the Billboard Hot 100 chart and made it onto the Australian, Canadian, and UK Top 10.
Johnson was born in Flat Creek, Missouri in 1949. As a child, he exhibited an aptitude for music, taking guitar and piano lessons.
